Strong By Form is addressing the enormous carbon footprint of the construction industry, in particular: Cross Laminated Timber (CLT), cement, steel and aluminum responsible for about 10% of global CO2e emissions.
Strong By Form develops advanced composite materials from wood, creating lightweight structural shells. Their technology, Woodflow, combines material science and digital fabrication techniques to create shells that are strong enough to serve as a sustainable alternative to steel and concrete.
