Climate Insiders provides members with a complaints processing and management procedure which aims to harmonize processing and facilitate exchanges between members and Climate Insiders.
If you wish to file a complaint, please prepare all materials, contracts or documents justifying the reason for the complaint and the possible damage. This form and any annexes must then be sent by email to the following email address: support@climateinsiders.com.
Climate Insiders will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within a maximum period of 7 days from receipt. It may ask you for additional information as part of its investigation relating to your deposit. A response will then be provided to you within a maximum of 30 days.
